It is not very relaxing at the Thurlestone Hotel as it really specialises for families which there are a great number of facilities for. And indoor and outdoor pool, playroom etc. We were just a couple and the dining room is very noisy with over excited children. Just had a lovely few days at the Thurlestone. The hotel has first class facilities complete with an outstanding spa and very good 9 hole golf course. The staff were all very friendly and the food was top draw. We had a luxurious bedroom with balcony and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

We cannot fault this hotel. Great food, service and set in the most wonderful well maintained grounds. Great indoor swimming pool. Wonderful views over the bay, it is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. We will be returning, nothing was too much trouble.
