We only stayed for one night on the May Bank Holiday weekend. The room and en suite was immaculate and the bed was huge and very comfy. It may be opposite the Red Barn (which was great for us) but there was no problem with noise at all! Best thing was lying in bed in the morning watching the surfers... More

Only stayed here for one night as was visiting family that was on holiday in woolacombe and can not fault at all very welcoming and breakfast was top class would defo stay again .great value for money :)

Absolutely marvellous. Great balcony room (worth paying the extra) overlooking the bay. Huge room; huge bed and very comfortable. My wife suffers with a bad back but even she said it was great. Booked this B&B on a recommendation, and very happy with the result. Great location, parking, easy walk to the wonderful beach and local bars and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable with nice views and sunset opportunities. Breakfast was good with a variety of options for all tastes.

The title says it all! close to the beach with free parking all clean and tidy with an excellent breakfast and pleasant hosts with a very relaxed and refreshing attitude in this day and age, all in all it was a very pleasant stay.
