We stayed here last June and had a wonderful holiday. Sally and Jerry are so welcoming and friendly. Room was really comfortable. Breakfasts are amazing and really set you up for the day. Wonderful cream teas with clotted cream and jam. Will definitely stay here again.

We were renting a cottage locally for Easter holidays, how lucky to have this little gem at the end of the road. Great scones, cakes and crab sandwiches delicious. The Bay Tree House beautifully designed double room and bathroom was a lovely surprise, and would certainly equal a 5 star hotel. A lovely welcome of tea and cake, an excellent breakfast and pretty tea-room garden was another bonus of this very reasonably priced B and B. We would recommend it
