“Great weekend break - advertised as restaurant with rooms”

Stayed here for long weekend. Bar full of golfers until 1am. Room a bit dated but clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast well cooked. Ate in Bistro both nights as restaurant seemed a bit overpriced. We stayed the night in early January. Bearing in mind this is a restaurant with rooms, the accommodation was spotless and the bed comfy , although a bit dated. “Overnight stay”

Lovely wee hotel, stayed overnight following a family wedding. Cheerful staff and great atmosphere in the place. Lovely room clean and tidy, remember to close the blinds, otherwise you could provide a show! Great breakfast. Well worth the vist.

“Room threadbare, with poor shower, poor wifi”

A friend and I tried this place for the first time today and we will never go back. We chose to sit outside as we each had our dog. My son and his friend were ravenous after a day at the beach. I spoke to no one about this as is claimed by the writer, no one on my staff seems to know about this incident and they all pass feed back to me very fast. “Comfort, a warm welcome and a superb meal after a long days work !”

A clean well appointed establishment which maintains its high standards. Meals can be taken in the restaurant or bistro, both of which offer an imaginative choice of delicious and well presented meals. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous . The choice of malt whiskies in the bar would delight a connoisseur! I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

“First-class Accommodation!”

Stayed at the hotel whilst taking part in the four-day Links Golf Cup. Lovely, clean, comfortable room, with excellent breakfast. The staff were brilliant - very helpful, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately the weather wasn't as good, but couldn't detract from the wonderful coastal scenery. Would recommend without hesitation. Will hopefully be back next year. John and Chris Freeman
