Stayed in room 28 for 2 nights. Very comfortable; spacious bedroom, own sitting/tv area and spacious en-suite with bath and shower. Staff thin on the ground but very helpful and pleasant. Brilliant value (booked thru LateRooms) breakfast excellent. Very clean although decor somewhat sub-dued. More

Myself and my husband came to Skye for a weekend away before the Christmas madness they staff were lovely a young Glaswegian girl was very friendly and helpful thoughout our time, even the old woman behind the bar that many locals had said was nippy was lovely. Had a fantastic 3 night stay. Super room, decorated and furnished well. The room was even nicer than the photo on the web page! Great breakfast and charming staff, will return and highly recommend. More

Spent two nights here and will most certainly return! Lovely clean hotel, nice staff, great breakfast with plenty of choice and of course a superb view of the bay! We too had the very spacious top floor room with the lounge, which was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine! Would definitely recommend the hotel! More

Just spent a week on Skye,self catering and had a superb time. This was aided by 3 particular establishments--The Broadford,Carbost inn and Togodale(Portree). Lovely hotel with a great view over the bay. Very quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly and at times elusive -- but a quick ring of the bell and someone would appear!! We had a huge room with a little lounge area which was really lovely. No lifts, but help was avaiable to cvarry the bags up the stairs.... More
