Stayed here on the first night of our West Highland Way. We had the downstairs room with the French doors onto the garden so sat outside in the garden enjoying the sunshine. It is a great position with all the bars and restaurants in the town are minutes walk away.

The location of elmbank is great if you want to stay in a village setting, there is a supermarket, and pubs and eateries on the door step and a carpark next door. The area is great to explore Loch Lomond, Glasgow (approx. 30 for either) and hill walking.

Wonderful welcome and lovely en-suite room with fabulously comfortable bed. A real home from home where we could return in the evenings to unwind infront of a cosy log burner with an endless supply of hot drinks. The delicious help yourself continental breakfast is a very relaxed affair with an amazing choice of juices, breads, cold meats, cheese of all... More

Room was very cozy, excellent value for £35. Beautiful view from window. Large screen TV. Very warm welcome and homely environment. Continental breakfast. I went to the local butcher for their heavenly steak pie, and then onto the West Highland Way :-)

I stayed in Elmbank with a group of friends/family whilst visiting Drymen. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel very welcome and immediately offered a cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate. The staff Carol and Eileen were exceptionally welcoming. The decor of the b&b was traditional and cosy. I felt so welcomed and safe. The sitting... More

I stayed here with 3 of my friends after our first day of the West Highland Way walk. We were accommodated in the top floor flat which was first class. There were 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. a kitchen and a lovely, comfortable lounge. It was a great place to chill out and relax, especially as we'd been soaked after the... More

Really nice and friendly with great clean rooms and excellent guest lounges. Slightly disappointed by the self service breakfast, everything else really really great. Highly recommended for west highland way visits!

I recently held a training course in near Drymen and our group stayed at Elmbank. I highly recommend the accomodation. We experienced a few problems at our training venue and Caroline (owner of Elmbank) went out of her way to assist us in such a way that we could continue with the course. The accomodation is well maintained, comfortable and... More
