Chose this hotel for proximity to location of function and because previous stays were good.This aty was quite good with hotel services good and room updated and clean and functional.The parking area is still limited and hard to access but otherwise a good place to stay. More

Me and my family stayed at this hotel from 30. dec 11 - 1. jan 12. I booked us in for two rooms as we were 4 adult and 2 children. Apparently, when you book online you have to let them know that you need extra beds for the kids even though you said through the booking that each room... More

During my investigation for your review your two reservations were for a room with (1) Queen Size Bed, as the rooms with (2) double beds were booked out during that period. Usually when visiting Sydney we stay in the CBD hotels, park the car and walk; This time we decide for a different approach; Staying in [Mercure Hotel] Parramatta and use the car; it’s just a few minutes from Sydney CBD [good location]; Hotel parking is free [a plus]; Rooms, Service, etc… are very good. Good value for money. More

Worked booked this hotel for me. As my wife and son traveled with i rang them to change room types they were most helpful. The only downside restaurant closed by 9pm and the room service steak as cut very thin(cost saver) and the spa isn't heated More
