We stayed here, on a recent Road Trip,. Unfortunately we were not happy with this grotty old place. Definitely NOT a resort, just a tired, poorly maintained motel.
We felt overcharged, we should have been paid to stay here - not the other way around!

Booked the hotel as a stop between Mildura and Melbourne. We were only 1 of 2 guests staying on a Saturday night. The bed was comfortable, but the room was small. While my colleagues complained about bedbugs, I experienced no such problems.
This motel is straight out of the 1970s so it is obviously dated.
However teh proprietor was friendly and allowance does need to be made for the dire drought that Victoria, Australia has experienced for much of the past decade.
The front gardens looked pleasant.
