We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. There are so many positives, but the front desk staff is my favorite. They were friendly and helpful. Our personal favorite was the gentleman who worked the late afternoon to late evening shift. He is the epitomy of Southern hospitality! We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Nashville, Tn. and enjoyed every minute of it (even with the torrential rain!!!). We went to the Grand Ole Opry on 9.15.09 our actual anniversary and on 9.16.09 we went on the General Jackson dinner cruise, which was just fantastic. We stayed here for 4 days and it was wonderful. The rooms were brand new, the breakfast was good, and the staff was pleasant. It was also a good jumping off point for Middle Tennessee. more

We, unfortunately, did not get to stay at the Comfort Suites. However, I wanted to let EVERYONE know how great Jon Crisp and his staff are to work with. We had reservations for 10 rooms for close to a month and discovered we were 45 min from our ball fields the day before check in. I freaked and called Jon.... more
