I stay at the Homewood Suites Downtown Nashville several times. I perfer this hotel over any other. It is very spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and valet couldn't be better. HIGHLY suggest this hotel for your stay.

Plastic plates and for breakfast and dinner? Very rude kitchen staff. Front desk clueless... At $219 a night I expected way more. Manager has an "I don't care" attitude. I listened to more gossip between manager and front desk in the 15 minutes it took to check me in, than I hear from my 17 year old. Horrible stay.

Not what I was told no shuttles, no parking out front no windows looking outside. Felt like we were in a cave never knowing what it was like outside. Staff not very sympathetic to our concerns. Checked out four days early.
