One of the best motels we've ever stayed in. The rate was reasonable, room was clean and without any odors, management was very courteous and accommodating, professional, cleaning service was excellent. American owned and operated. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. More

The room smelled like meldew, musty so we went to Walmart for Fabreze to stay in there that night. The refrigerater was barely cool, could have been because the freezer was froze up, the microwave & coffee maker were sitting on top of the fridge & the cords could only reach the outlet it you set them in the floor... Stayed here the weekend of October 15th-18th. Rooms were average hotel rooms and clean. Housekeeping was great and honored our requests not to remake the beds. Room was quiet and didn't have any problems. Only disappointment with the stay was they would not honor a coupon printed off from their website. Room ended up costing more than we thought it... More

I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Not because it isn't decent, but because they don't honor their ads. Found this hotel online and the price was excellent for this time of the year. Staff was wonderful and very accomodating. The building structure is cinderblock and rooms are a outdated but clean. More

We stayed at the Green Valley during the car show in September. The management was very helpful. The rooms were clean but very old. A nice coat of paint and new carpet would do wonders for the place. It was quiet though, and we slept okay. I will look elsewhere on our next trip to Pigeon Forge for something more... More
