One of the best KOAs we've visited. Very polite staff. Clean clean clean restroom and shower. Very quiet and peaceful. Pull through sites are positioned so the sun sets behind the motorhome, not in front. We enjoyed setting and listening to the quiet.

We stayed at this KOA and would rate it a 10+. We stayed in space #44 and loved it. had a lot of shade. very long for trailer and pull vehicle. The pool was not open yet. everything else was great. Staff was very good. Michael the grounds guy was very nice and helpful. We heard new owners took over and so far great.

I could not have been more pleased with the staff and cleanliness of the campground. The bathroom and bathhouse were clean and smelled nice. The pool was nice and clean. Staff was always friendly, interactive and available. The grounds were well kept. We had no RV site issues. The is a little dog park, pool, GEM mining for the little ones, a big bounce pad and more. The little store has a little of everything in it, from groceries to campfire needs to T-shirts. They have a few food items they can cook for you if you choose. Karen was nice and patient with us and came outside to get us started on the GEM mining.

This is a splendid little gem within the KOA system. We are VIP campers and frequent LOTS of KOA’s. This is one of the best that we have seen (KOA…pay attention to this one, this is HOW it should be done!!!). It is convenient to I-75 but far enough away that there is no noise. The campground is up to date, facilities are spotlessly clean, there is an ABUNDANCE of things for children to do, and the customer care was exceptional. The other thing is attention to detail, such as flowers, nice landscaping, decorations, and cleanliness. Don’t make the mistake we made and use this as a one night stop enroute to somewhere else. This place deserves several nights and begs you to just come and relax be it alone, as couples or as a family.

Purchased a new 5th in Ohio, on our way back to FL wanted some place close to I-75, this campground popped up in my search. Easy to get to, friendly and helpful staff. Large sites, they escorted us right to our site. Peaceful and clean. We will keep this campground as a go to as we travel up and down I-75

We stopped for the night on a recent trip. All the staff was friendly, helpful and great. We will go there again. The sites can handle big rigs. They have a nice store and they had pizza there which was great because after along day on the road, the kids needed something to eat.

When first pulling in to this place you'll immediately notice the cleanliness and manicured campground. The staff, management and owners take amazing pride in this place and it shows, We've stayed all over America at koa's and this one is one of the absolute best, easy and fast access to I-75 outside of Sweetwater Tennessee, minutes from a plethora of activities whether it's riding the Cherohala Skyway or the Dragons tail, Amazing restaurants, fishing, hiking etc... If it's kid friendly you want, well look no further, plenty of activities for the young ones, the Owners go out of there way to make the kids stay awesome from the pool, jumping pad, basket courts, hot shot Ballon area, gem mine, train rides the list goes on and on, I highly recommend The Sweetwater I-75 koa...

We stayed here for almost a week. We were in spot 45. This was a premier site. it was nice and level, long, lots of shade. sites 41 through 46 are nice sites. sites 1-34 are on the side of a hill and uneven. would not want to stay in any one of those. The campground is nice, pool, laundry, office, restrooms' are all very nice and clean. We enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again. The sweetwater area is very nice and lots to do. small town feeling.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this KOA. We are a BIG RIG and towing a large vehicle. We had no problems pulling in to our site and leaving our site to the exit. WiFi Internet was very good. Cable TV was in HD quality. We recommend this KOA campground

My wife called ahead and made reservations for a site, and due to weather and bad traffic we were unable to make use of those reservations. We called to cancel and we're told there's no refund and we paid $56 for a site. When she called and gave her credit card number, we were never told that there was no refunds. If we had been told that we never would have made a reservation. The price included water electric and sewer which of course we never used not to mention the site. I can understand partial refund would be in order because water sewering and electric whenever used. We should have been told up front and we weren't and we should be given a full refund. This was not a last minute cancellation. I think it is their responsibility to tell people that there is no refund if they would to cancel.
