“Not Bad, Not Great”

We've stayed at this place several times when it was an EconoLodge and nothing has really changed except the sign and soap/shampoo. Perfectly adequate hotel close to Cades Cove with nothing spectacular. Parking is always snug, however. Wifi was very slow. “Nice Quite Area”

Nice Clean Updated Hotel with free Breakfast. We stayed here for a weekend trip. The rooms are nice and clean. Rocking Chairs outside. The walls are a little thin. I could here people talking. It is in a nice quite area of the Smokey Mountains.

Stayed here 4/27/13 and can truly say no complaints. Had asked for a upstairs room when I made reservation and would pleased with I got. Front desk clerks were nice checking in and out. This Best Western is unchanged since my previous visit in October. It is still an excellent value year-round. My room was spacious, quiet and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Clean and comfy bed. the TV was nice. spectacular breakfast was hot. Loved the front lobby. Customer service was above expectations. Would return again soon. glad to be a Best Western member.the shower was hot and warm uncomfortable. Go Vols!
