My husband & I had a 3 day weekend and had wanted to go to Lawrenceburg and stay at the new cabins at Davy Crockett State Park and at at the Brass Lantern,. We waited too late to get reservations there so decided to make them a little farther away at Tims Ford State Park and eat at the Brass... More

Excellent park, the cabins are really nice, maybe too nice, seems like a nice hotel room instead of a state park cabin, was kind of disappointed initially, but soon got used to the luxury. Nice big rooms, very clean cabin, gas fire place, nice kitchen. There is no roughing it here, there is a out side grill, but not place... More
