This is a very old full service inn complete with dining rooms and meeting rooms. It has been de-flagged, and re-flagged by the brand twice in recent years. To sum it up I think there is a management issue here. You can say the clerk wasn't friendly, wrinkled bedding , house keeping and maintenance issues, lack of emphasis on cleanliness and customer service.
