Compared to other Hampton Inns, this one rates in the bottom half. The accessibility to the freeway is easy, building is beautiful, but the service was marginal. Certainly doesn't measure up to the other Hampton Inns we have stayed at. Those extra touches that guests are accustom to were't there.

great location-easy on and off highway and Starbucks very close. Hotel looked great, pool is very nice with fountains and outdoor fireplace. Room was clean, nice big sink and vanity area. Good breakfast selection. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention when replacing coffee and bath supplies.

If you are looking for a hotel on a short notice, this would be the one for you. If you want a high end hotel, go to San Antonio and find one. Not enough counterspace in bathroom for two ladies. It was very pretty but lacking in space. The service was great and the people were friendly. Nice, clean room. Beds were comfortable. I would stay there again.

Property was clean and attractive on both in / outside. Staff was cheerful and helpful with directions & suggestions. Very clean rooms. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, good tasting and refreshed. Staff always made sure you were taken care of at breakfast. The pool area was clean and organized. A very good value for your traveling dollar.

Quite a nice hotel for Boerne, TX. Close to everything downtown. Clean, quite location even though the facility is immediately off the highway. Wonderful spa-like pool with hot-tub, pool rain system and lush setting.

Excellent stay. The staff was very friendly, if I had questions they where able to tell me with a smile and they where just very helpful. The breakfast was great. This location had a nice gym. I felt very safe in this hotel and around this hotel. Overall very happy with my stay.

The room was clean, the beds very comfortable. It had a microwave and refrig. The breakfast was the usual with eggs and sausage, cereal, fruit and yogurt as well as toast and pastries. It did have a really nice outside space with a lovely pool and a patio area with a fireplace to sit by.
