Was looking for a cheap place to stay, but this place was gross, the wife was not happy at all. Owners were not very friendly, door looked like it was kicked in, bathroom was very dirty, paint peeling. Just spend a little more and get a better place.

I can tolerate an aging property; I can't tolerate a filthy, dirty, unsanitary one. Might have squeaked out a 3 if it hadn't of been for the bathroom. Bathroom was dirty, filled with mold/mildew along the edges and corners. This is an inexpensive motel. Don't expect anything more.

Didn't get a survey from motel, but it needs bug spray....saw two cocroaches as soon as we arrived near the coffee/vanity area in room. Otherwise, the motel was fine.
