I have booked this hotel on many occasions and have always found it to be the best value for the service I recieve. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this area.

Shower was broke, flooded bathroom floor. Clerk did not offer to move us. Just gave us towels to stop the water. Son fixed it with our tools so that we could shower. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Found someone else's dirty clothes.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Big thing for me was I forgot my special pillow. I was dreading trying to sleep without it, but they had such a good array of pillows I found one that worked for me!

Would have rated the room higher, but the pipe above the shower head sprayed water 360 degrees and over the curtain. Reported it (on a week-day) and nothing was done? Breakfast was excellent, as was the coffee.
