My room had an interesting layout with large closets and big windows looking down on an extremely beautiful building next door. The staff was friendly and professional. I would definitely stay there again should I visit Dallas. The original Neiman Marcus is just around the corner and is worth a visit. More

The staff, from management to busboy, is willing to whatever it take to please. They are consistently polite, genuinely friendly and seem to be having a great time doing their jobs.
