We stay here about 4 to 5 times a year traveling through Dallas. The location is good, rooms are comfortable/clean, staff is friendlay, price is reasonable, and they take our dog. The hotel is currently under renovation and will be for the next month. We will be back in the summer.

With the renews the hotel looks great, the beds (linens) looks very nice. The service of the internet is very fast. and the selection of channels on TV are good. HD! We like the view to the pool and spa. The restaurants are very convenient even if you want to walk.

We stayed one night at the Westin Galleria and it was such a letdown, that we decided to spend the next night elsewhere. We booked both through Hotwire, and their ratings may be flawed.
