The rooms in this hotel are nice and well-appointed. I love the Peter Thomas Roth bath products and the location cannot be beat. Close to SMU and walking distance to decent lunch places. For a business traveler they really screwed things up, should be so basic. The parking is impossible and they require everyone to valet, though the signage is awful so it is hard to figure out. I just feel like any hotel without Wi-Fi in the rooms is "behind the times". Charging 9.95 per day PER COMPUTER "USER" is ridiculous. Be sure to ask for a room other than the ones that directly face a multi-story parking garage- unless you enjoy staring out at a cement wall. There is a tiny rooftop pool, which is nice, and a gym that includes free weights and medicine balls. More
