Nice atrium area. Great location downtown. Near everything but not in heart of traffic. Rooms were super clean but wish they had a mini refrigerator in all the rooms. Think this used to be a westin and they did a nice job with some updates. Would stay here again.

I am generally satisfied with the hotels in Dallas and this one was no exception! The hotel is right in the center (as the name states!) and in a great location close to everything!!! The staff were super nice and rooms were clean!

Stayed here for two nights with the family. Checkin was quick and easy. Room was really nice and not too small. But the service really stood out. My key kept not working and they quickly fixed it for me. I also liked that when there was a que someone appeared from nowhere to service you. Would recommend and stay again.
