This was my second stay at this hotel while in business. Great room, always clean and neat. Friendly staff! Only issues are with the room temperature, they need to revamp the units. I was in Dallas for a training classes at CTREC and asked for a hotel that was close. The DoubleTree was perfect, with the shuttle service to and from DFW airport there as no need for a rental car. On site restaurant was a good value.

“Pretty basic”

I expected more from Doubletree. Got in late and there were no promised cookies for my little one, which was a disappointment. Business center computers were a little slow. But it was very clean and comfortable. I used a groupon which made it a good deal but I don't think it's worth the regular rates.

peaceful and secluded Hotel in Farmers Branch/Dallas area. Breakfast buffet was fresh and had a variety of breakfast foods. Beds were comfortable and hotel staff was very friendly. Overall enjoyed the stay very much!!

Too far from the city and not as nice as other Double Tree's but it was fine for a couple of nights. There is a Double Tree about three mile away I would have rather stayed in. The lobby seemed untidy. Nice view of a lake.
