I'd be exxaggerating to give this property the highest rating, but my wife and I would return in a heartbeat. And we'd recommend it to our firends. Kudos to the proprietors for maintining the grove of gorgeous live oaks in which the 1940's bungalow stand. Excellent location for walking, birding, restaurants, state park, grocery shopping.

These are individual separate bungalows that look to have been built in the 1930's. Each one has it's own character and all are fully restored with period furnishing. My wife and I recently stayed in bungalow #6. The accommodations are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. You could eat off the floor - it was that clean. A well-stocked kitchen made it easy for us to cook our own breakfast. Plenty of hot water in the shower and nice fluffy towels. All in all, a great deal.
