In Sept. 2011, my husband and I stayed in Unit 212 which was a large efficiency, perfect for a couple or a couple and 2 children. The unit was eclectic, extremely clean and had a balcony with a view of the gulf. Bathroom was a bit small and needed some updating. WOuld definitely stay in this unit again.
