I always stay here when I can. The location isn't very great. Surrounded by a industrial area. The front desk staff are average. Not really friendly but this isn't supposed to be a resort either. We were looking for a hotel close to the Dallas Arboretum. This one was better than we had expected given the price. Had microwave and refrigerator in the room which was unexpected. Also like the ease of getting hot water. Not deluxe, but good for what was paid.

We went to Garland to see our friends The Rankin Bros preform. Hotel was only 3 miles from concert. People were very nice. Rooms clean. Hotel was very quite and slept well. We will be staying at this hotel for sure next August.
