Stayed when on business. Good location for what i needed. Friendly staff very helpful. Nice bar area and restaurant was good enough for what i wanted. Breakfast is excellent. Small pool area but noisy from the busy highway running close by. Room was clean but maybe a little dated and darkish.

Spent a night there for our anniversary. I planned some surprise activities for my wife. The staff, especially Megan, went out of their way to help with the plans and had many good suggestions. All went well. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the activities and the night. The room and room service were all great!

Spent five nights at this hotel and had a very good experience. It was close to good restaurants and if you do not have a vehicle to take you where you need to go the shuttle staff will accommodate you. Mandy, a manager/ concierge, was knowledgeable and terrific. During my 3 days' travelling in Houston, I found that Crowne Plaza is an excellent hotel for tourists to stay in, all the front desk staff is friendly and helpful. the services in the restaurant is very good, the lounge is clean, and the room is tidy. In a word, it made me feel convenient and pleasant staying there.

Front desk staff is knowledgeable and professional. A warm greeting along with information on this property. Clean rooms. Nice restaurant. The lounge is clean and well kept. If you're in Houston, consider this hotel. Good location in the Brookhollow area off of 290 in Northwest Houston.

Recently spent almost 2 weeks at Crowne Plaza Brookhollow, Houston and was impressed. From the front desk chap named Rizwani, to the dinning staff to the night front desk personnel, they were courteous, proffessional and actually put in effort to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The cons were lack of fridge & microwave in the rooms.
