Horrible experience. Stayed on points, required a CC for the stay that was not supposed to be charged, and both deducted points for the overnight stay and charged the credit card. The hotel is excellet for its position, one street from the Houston galleria. The hotel offer a free parking. The room and the services offered are similar to any other Embassy suite, So a good breakfast and on the evening a nice "Happy hour". The internet connection is free just for the gold member.
