I could not believe this is a Marriott. It is a really bad representation of the brand. Dirty Rooms, Trash Outside, Food - Terrible, Service not up to par. Stayed there on a business trip. Wonderful service- very nice clean rooms. Quiet rooms. Room service was good. A little pricey but well worth it. Staff was attentive to every need and even helped me with shipping a booth exhibit back to my corporate office (4 boxes). I would definitely stay there again. more

What you would expect from a Marriott hotel. Nice room, very comfortable bed, decent exercise room. Rooms were clean and bathroom was clean . Very important for us. Service was terrible as in TV movies were not working and inspite of repeated request did not get it to work on the same day. Eventually they replaced the remote after two days. Room service was slo. If you dont get the Hilton Garden Inn Galleria,stay here. more
