I travel to Houston often and think this hotel is consistently top notch. If you ever need help with the shuttle van, restaurant ideas or anything else just ask the concierge who is extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet nice also.

I visit this hotel very often for business as well as family trips. The staff and management are very friendly and helpful. They always cater to the needs of their visitors. The hotel is centrally located in Houston with all sorts of restuarants and shops near by. I highly recommend this hotel to buisness associates and friends staying in Houston.

From the front desk, Shelia, and then the engineer to explain the air conditioner that I could not figure out. It worked perfect, but I was unfamiliar with the theremostat.
