Location to Hobby Airport was a "10". Use of shuttle to and from airport was very efficient. Shuttles runs around the clock, every 15 minutes. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Room very comfortable. Wi-Fi was tops!!!

Traveled with USBC bowlers for State competition. Our confirmation said FREE Breakfast, but hotel did NOT honor it, even when I pulled up the confirmation to show the manager. He said with the rate I received, I don't get free breakfast. Wasn't happy with that fact!

This hotel is convenient for business travelers. It's close to the airport (i.e. directly across the street), has free parking and the Internet connection was fast. The staff was great and the facilities were better than adequate. The hotel was undergoing some renovations at the time, but the lobby and rooms were clean and quiet. I would stay here again.
