- La Quinta Houston

We stayed here on 12/1/11. We originally were sceduled to stay at a different LQ nearer Houston, my wife remarked that she had bad experiences in the past with morning traffic in Houston. Since we had a long way to go the next day we decided on this LQ on the west edge of the City. We were glad we...

Room smelled of hookers and strippers. Walked into our room and could only imagine what had taken place there before us. The abandoned chinese joint in front of the hotel looks as if asian zombies walk thru the parking lot at night looking to eat hooker brains. Creeeeeepy!

Stayed in this hotel for a weekend on July 23, 2011 on double-bed rooms.
The room was simple, clean, tidy. Carpet looks new. Beds are very comfy. Clean bathroom. Surprised to have a mini refrigerator and microwave in the room as on hotel amenities they don't mention them. Easy acces especially from IH-10.
Definitely will be back again soon....

I was at this hotel for 4 nights in early May. I was able to book early and booked their hotel suite....large living room with sleeper sofa, small refrigerator, microwave, tv, then a spacious king sized bedroom, comfortable clean bathroom, lots of closet space...Front desk was excellent, house keeping great...nice location for a price....no complaints whatsoever...

We stayed in this hotel for a night last week. The rate was quite reasonable. this is not an upscale hotel, but it is certainly not a flophouse. It is nicely appointed in an excellent location. The staff were all quite helpful and the room was spotless. we have NO complaints whatsoever.

the best thing about this hotel is the chinese restaurant that resides in the old la quinta food facility before the new owners let the property go to hell...when a hotelier group lets a property go to "private" investors"...and families take up residence IN the hotel...we all know what i mean...it almost universally degrades the service and property...this is NOT...
