This facility is lovely and very comfortable. My room was clean and well-maintained, anbd the AC worked very well. “Average hotel, but i'm a repeat customer”

I've stayed at this hotel at least 6-7 times. There used to be a manager there that always made us feel welcomed and upgraded our rooms when we came for basketball tourneys. “Nice property, lacks attn to quality”

This hotel is a Crowne Plaza...but doesn't seem so once you reach the room. The front desk staff was friendly and professional Service (inc.food) were fine. The problem is with maintenance crew.and condition of the room. Lamps lacked bulbs, beds were very uncomfortable and smelled of the previous guest(s). That was not a pleasant experience

Hotel was very clean, elegant, and very large! Room was comfortable and I honestly appreciate the hotels initiatives to reduce their carbon footprint through optional daily towel and linen replacements. My very first time to Houston. My husband stays at this hotel exclusively because of work. He has always had very nice things to say about his stays there. I, on the other hand, am way more critical. “Memorial Day Weekend Stay”

Nice enough property and everything worked. I did not use their restaurant so no comment on that aspect of the hotel and therefore I do not need two hundred characters for this review and do not know why that is required.

This hotel is a good inexpensive option that is centrally located for Houston dining. Directly across the street is very chain restaurant imaginable. The staff is friendly and efficient enough. The restaurant is pretty average. The decor is ok but a bit outdated.
