“Great Hotel”

Very Nice stay will stay again. I recieved this room thru a contest and it was free. The location was great only minutes away from anything you would like to do. This trip we went to a Rangers Game and it only took up 15 minutes to get there. Great place to stay.

“Needs updating, but overall "ok" hotel”

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, but the decor is very dated. Perhaps not renovated for 15 years or more. Check in and check out process was efficient and friendly, and a very large open atrium area where they hold complimentary happy hour and also complimentary breakfast. I can agree with the other sentiments here. I got in really late so being close to the airport was nice. It is fairly dated inside. I feel so sorry for the excellent and helpful staff at this Embassy Suites. Everyone I came in contact with was a model of a service industry professional. The hotel has many old features we tried to maintain to keep the character of the building. Every guest room has been completely remoldeled with all new furnishing. The service was great at this Embassy Suites. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were horrible, thankfully I travel with my own pillows due to allergies. Lighting in the room was pretty poor. The manager of the complimentary breakfast was wonderful and really went out of his way to speak with guests and ensure things were well run. The staff at the evening reception were friendly and worked hard to please the guests. Room appears to have been remodeled since last stay.
