Staff are always nice, rooms are roomy and comfortable and rates were reasonable. Although last time I tried booking here rates were 50% higher. I'll have to check again to see if it is still the value it once was.

Wonderful find! Remodeling and new rooms are first class. People are friendly and food good. Brand new room very comfortable. Only complaint is breakfast lady was on cell phone the whole time I was eating breakfast, and not very interested in her job. Phone call was much more important to her that guests attempting to eat!

Checked in with hotel under renovation. Staff worked hard to help make this a pleasant stay. When the renovation is complete, this might be the best hotel in Kerrville. Right behind the Cracker Barrell. Huge, spotless room. Great breakfast.

I chose to stay here due to the closeness to the interstate, and finding the Cracker Barrell right next door was an added bonus. Chose to stay in Kerrville instead of Fredericksburg and what a great choice. THe staff was very polite and accomodating. THe rooms large, clean and comfortable. Is in a perfect location right off I 10 and near a Cracker Barrell...What more could you ask for.

Typical HI Express property. Newer facility in good location. Had Executive style accommodations, which offer some of the largest rooms we have encountered for a HI or HI Express property. Good housekeeping. Friendly staff. No complaints. Would return without hesitation.
