The best customer service!!!! I was in Lewisville TX on a three day business conference and the front desk staff were excellent from the time I checked in until I left. They provide shuttle service within a 3 miles radius-I was taken to Wal-Mart and they patiently waited for me. Different drivers transported me to and from my meetings daily.... More

“Nice building, staff needs work”

Nice hotel, great price. Get a room in a top floor as people drink and party late by the outdoor fireplace. My AC was so loud I could not sleep, and the guy and gal running the breakfast buffet were rude. All in all, very sub par for a Hilton.

“Wonderful stay”

We came to Lewisville, Texas Hilton Garden Inn for our Daughter's wedding. We also had friends come in and stay at this hotel. It was clean, staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time and whenever my husband and myself are in town visiting family there in Texas we stay at this hotel,i recommend it.

This is a great hotel, the AAA price was a great value, with free internet, free coffee bar, cookies and popcorn and lemonade served in the evening. The only drawback is that it is attached to the convention center and the area gets crazy busy when events are going on.
