Recently reservd 2 rms and totally 4got to ask 4 the rooms 2 b nxt 2 each othr but whn we arrivd gloria the frnt desk attndnt & the general mngr let me into a room early or b4 check in time @ 1 1/2 hrs early!! And kindly askd if we wntd the othr room close to our room.."... More

BEST WESTERN PLUS Lubbock Windsor Inn was recomended by a friend, and was a great place to stay. Everything was clean, the room large and fresh, the staff went out of their way to be accomodading, breakfast was enjoyable. Will stay here in the future if in the area for the night.

“A New Find”

While trying a new route from our home in Mexico to California we looked for Best Western hotels along the route. Best Western Lubbock Windsor Inn was a great find. Clean in every way, cheerful and accommodating staff and a wonderful breakfast. We look forward to staying there in the future.

Had not the best experience in one stay, but Sam the manager made sure everything will be great the next one. the hotel was very clean and the room are "Texas" size. located in a comfortable place near the highway.
