We needed a place to stay near the highway, and this was just perfect. We got a great rate (less than $100), a great room, and we slept great! The room was very cozy and clean. If we're ever in the area again, we'll stay here! More

Check-in was easy and pleasant, cookies were warm upon arrival. My room was spotless, everything was in place, up to date. The staff, Randy and Brandi made my stay very enjoyable. They greeted my daily by name and were very helpful and knowledgeable of the Marshall area. Hallway outside of room was smokey at times, but that seems to be... More

We found this Hampton to be great for an overnight while blowing down I-20. The facility seemed well kept and clean, our room was fine and the young man on the desk at check-in gave us a great rate. He was pleasant & friendly & did his job well. (all of which are important to me) The early morning breakfast... More

The hotel is fairly standard for a highway hotel. Clean, spacious room, breakfast bar are all fine. Staff was friendly. Wireless is spotty and changes password every night, which is annoying. Swimming pool is for viewing only. Best restaurant close by is Applebee, followed by main chain fast foods. Staff are friendly. Overall worth recommendation if you have to stay... More

We went on a long road trip to Florida and spent many nights on the road. We stayed at a wonderful Hampton Inn not far from this one on the way down and was trying to make it back to the same hotel on the way back. The roads were terrible so, when we saw the sign for Hampton Inn... More

This is not a hotel that I would recommend, nor stay in again, if given a choice. It wasn’t bad, but was old and not exactly my kind of hotel. For business travelers this hotel was not ideal. My room (room 204), had only one semi-accessible outlet in the main room (it did have one in the bathroom), and one... More

After checking in, we were blasted with Febreeze as we entered our room. I requested another room that would be perhaps not so overpowering. The next room was the same way. We had to leave the door open to the hallway for about an hour just to make the air breathable. Once the Febreeze dissipated, it seemed they were trying... More

This review rates this hotel as it compares with others in the immediate area. It is not a four star hotel in New York City however we feel it si worthy of four stars in Marshall. Located just a short distance off Interstate 20 as are several other hotels at the same intersection. We checked out three other hotels at... More

We stayed one night at this hotel and found it to be fairly typical of the older hotels in the Hampton chain. Carpets, tile, wallpaper, etc., in our room and in the corridors and public areas were in pretty good shape so the property has probably been updated in the past few years. The room appeared to be clean and... More
