This newly opened guesthouse has incredible friendly stuff, gives you very good value for an inexpensive price and it seems there is not really anything better to find. Even the location is very convenient.

Simple, clean, adequate, on the cheap side. Yeah, the guys in the little room on the entrance do not look serious but if you just need it to sleep somewhere, it is sufficient. Front facing rooms with ac look way better then others, but I didn't bother.

Some friends and I stayed in private rooms, they were spacious and clean (although spartan) and included a private bathroom. It was convenient and affordable to plan our trip to Tikal from our hostel in Flores. The rooftop area is a beautiful place to relax and take in the views. Very affordable with friendly service.
