Modern rooms with high-tech lighting system, very modern bathroom and shower facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent buffet. Hotel is on a quite street but hardly any distance from the centre of the city.

Outstanding architectural solution - ancient and contemporary elements integrated together. Relaxing environment, room comfort and design are enjoyable, very nice spa, good restaurant so we did not want to go out to get back to the outer world.

We had a dinner in Alcala in the restaurant Pradores and it was perfect. Nice menu, nice location, great spanish food and great spanish wine. We reccommend to try the fish: it was just delicious. Make a reservation, as the restaurant it's very busy.

As with many buildings in Spain, this Parador is a mix of the ultra modern with a medieval building. Rooms have state of the art lighting control, glass footed wet rooms and big beds. Spa excellent.
