(+) Very professional staff. Rather clean. Good value for money. Need a car to get there, but only 20 minutes from Madrid downtown. Very calm. Good food. Enough space. Good food with vegetarian options. (-) Some more towels could have been added.

It is near the airport. It is unique & a special place nearby leisure activities like Warner Bros,Faunia fun fairs etc.Rooms are super & also adapted for handicapped. They have free Wi Fi. They staff are very good. They have Al Punto Bar restaurant, Bar Cafeteria . The breakfast buffet has to be improved.

Very good hotel at an inexpensive price. Nice lobby/atriun/bar area.The staff were very helpful with local area. Excellent breakfast buffet.

After being on the road and traveling from Italy to Spain this hotel was perfect for our needs. We needed sleep, a good size room, air conditioning and a place close by to have dinner!!!! It was comfy, clean and a perfect place to sleep for the night!
