Stayed here in May last year for a weekend. Although a tad expensive for a 3 star the hotel was lovely. Room was great with a fantastic view, staff were really helpful although some of there English wasn't great. Breakfast was a bit rough but the place just has a nice feel to it. We had the pool to ourselves... More

This is a lovely hotel that is an absolute joy to stay at. We have just spent a week there and have been thoroughly spoiled for staying anywhere else. The breakfasts are superb, served with great care and attention(special mention for Daniel the hotel have a gem with this gentleman). A shame they don't serve dinner in the evenings but... More

Beautiful hotel! Lovel rooms and location is idyllic, the town has a lovely feel and is untouched by tourists. Beds were very comfy and the breakfast had a great choice, and a chef on standby to make omelettes and anything you want. This hotel deserves more than a 3 star! It's better than some 5 stars I have stayed in.... More

Ths is a delightful hotel that is a treat to stay in. We spent a week's holiday here and could not have asked for a better place to stay in. The daliy breakfasts were served with care and attention in a beautiful room. This hotel is used as a training facility and does not serve evening meals but does a... More

Took us ages to find the hotel and we had to walk quite a way which in the heat with suitcases is not my idea of a great start to a holiday. The entrance looked nice but our room was so dark and sparsely furnished it felt budget value. We were woken up early in the morning and afternoon siesta... More

My friend and I stayed at this charming hotel and enjoyed the wonderful view from room 401 which has its own sea view terrace. The room has marble floors and attractive decor. The bathroom has shower and tub (the shower heads are stylish but not practical). The hotel is located in old town Benalmadena with its authentic old Spanish charm... More

We have stayed in Benalmadena a few times and last year we spent a week in the Aleysa on the coast. It does have a fine spa but apart from that, there is little to chose from La Fonda which is half the price. Both have unheated pools which are useless at this time of year and both do a... More

My boyfriend and I were looking for a romantic weekend away somewhere hot but just for a few days so not too far. My Spanish friend recommended Benalmadena Peublo and we certainly weren't disappointed. We only took hand luggage on the plane so it was really easy to get off the plane then cross the road and get a train... More

We stayed in 5 hotels this trip and only this one had the sort of service one hopes for. It is evidently not easy for hotels to have staff who are considerate to their guests. One does wonder why you would be in this game if customer service does not come naturally. Thankfully almost to the man everyone at La... More
