Tired dated rooms very unfriendly receptionist . Lock on door not secure. Cooking smells from near by restaurants. Only get what u pay for, service ok very helpful, clean ish although I booked it as it advertised laundry facilities which it doesn't have. Can be a little noisy. Great location , most annoying thing is they wouldn't give us extra towels for the pool.

This was our second trip to Playa del Ingles and these apartments suited us fine. They are fairly basic and the decor is pretty much stuck in the 1970s. We appreciated the location but slightly disappointed by apart-hotel facilities - ie none, but admittedly out of season. Best points - good for local supermarket and buses, easy stroll to beach. Stayed Dec 2011 and 3rd visit since March! Said many times it's great location, nice clean pool, appts cleaned to good std and staff very helpful and manned 24 hrs.....be warned.....many are NOT in this resort!
