Personally we found the staff to be lovely. Everything we complained about ie. noisy drains and a buzzing fuse board both got mended. Maids came every day. When we left the towels on the floor as instructed they were changed, the beds were made or changed if we requested by leaving the ticket on the pillow. Resturant staff were fantastic... More
