The accommodations were very good. Bed and bath room met my needs. The breakfast room was poorly maintained and food was scarce. Had to open the cabinets myself to get creamer and things to eat with. It was nice to have flowers in the lobby, but they were mostly dead or dying flowers.

The halways smelt of smoke, the room numbers were plaques over previous hotel plaques. Once inside the room there was poor lighting with cracks all over the walls. Good price point for the Midland area, but the hotel is in need of updating. Very poor lighting in the room and the ac/heating unit didn't keep a consistent temperature.
