Would like to see the breakfast with more selections and hot items changed daily to something different. Like Biscuit/gravy, omelets, French toast, hash browns etc. Also, the entrance is very dangerous to cross traffic to get to the driveway. You could make an entrance off the side street so you could come out and go to a light or go... More

We chose this hotel as it was near schlitterbahn and I have never had a bad experience at Hiltons. We went, really close to a fabulous pizza place across the street in walking distance and the drive to and from schlitterbahn was easy. It was clean, relatively quiet and the service/price was great

Set back from the main street allows this Hampton to be more quiet than most. The property appears to be new, or if not new, very nicely renovated. It is close enough to the attractions to be convenient, but just far enough away to miss all the craziness.

This hotel was clean, safe and had great customer service. Great location (right next to I-35) with easy access to Interstate and straight shot to San Antonio. I travel about 40% of the time and the Hampton Properties are where I stay if the city doesn't have a Homewood Suites. When available, I stay at Homewood because of the free dinners and drinks during the week and they are usually the same price as Hampton.

When we checked in, we were not told that many of the TV stations were not working. When I discovered, and reported, the issue, I never got a call back from the desk or TV provider. We should have been informed up front of the problem!

You get what you would expect from a Hampton property: clean rooms, spacious, with a good breakfast. Rooms are well lit, with big windows. Noise is not a problem. That is the terrific part. Stayed two nights last weekend at the Hampton Inn in New Braunfels for my nephew's wedding. Check in was quick & easy. Room was large and clean, with mini fridge & microwave. Entering the room, it almost looks as if the bed was not made, but it's just the conforter looks messy, almost like someone has been in the bed.... More
