Stayed at the Hampton in Pecos, Texas for business over one night. Everything was very clean and suited my purposes. There was only a walk-in shower, no bathtub, but that was fine by me. There were a variety of easy grab and go choices for breakfast, and the coffee was fine, but not wonderful. Good value for the price.

The oil and gas industry does influence the prices but this hotel has a great staff! Other than slow internet services, the amenities are well taken care of. The entire front desk staff can take care of your request and you dont have to wait until "another person" is available. I have really been satisfied with my long term stay.

A typical Hampton so basically clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a walk in shower. As in many hotels, I hated the noise of the HVAC as it went on during the night. It was not located where the GPS took us; was maybe a half mile down the road. Had to ask.

When we couldn't find a room late at night in Ft. Stockton, we decided to try Pecos. I'm so glad we did. This was a very nice, clean hotel with a friendly, courteous staff. It was clean and comfortable. Maybe a little pricey, but at that time, I was so glad to find it.
