“Great place”

Enjoyed staying at this hotel for a business trip (this was my third stay). The fresh fruit juice in the lobby and prompt shuttle service to the local office were an added bonus. Breakfast was good. Will stay there again in the future.

“Great Place Stay”

Me and seven other guests enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree Hilton (Dallas/Richardson). We were there to celebrate a sweet 16 birthday. The location was perfect, the service was excellent and the staff anticipated our every need.

Good rooms and infrastucture, but very poor quality of front desk staff who were exremely inefficient in addressing problems.Carpet was not vacuumed unless specifically told to housekeeping. Had some issues with the cooling and heating system.Noise carried to adjoining rooms affecting sleep quality. Very friendly and accommodating. Restaurants near by as well as hotel amenities. Would stay here again. Only disadvantage is that it's on the frontage road and a busy road. Other than that, I liked my stay/
