We chose this hotel because of the price... we were just sleeping in the room had no plans to spend much time in it. My daughter is in college in San Marcos, and I try to stay in reasonably priced hotels. This hotel was not as clean and maintained as others I have stayed in. The best aspect is that it is close to Aquarena Springs drive which go directly to the university.
