“HGI -3 Week Stay”

This Hotel is very nice and the beds are comfortable, also the breakfast is amazing. I just wish that in room dining was 24Hrs. Furthermore I was very impressed with the WiFi. Other Problems which I had are I was promised double points for prepaid charges which never happened. Consequently, at first I was overcharged...which really disappointing.

“excellent hotel”

It is my second business trip to stay in Hilton Garden Inn, Houston/Sugar Land, Texas. I can say that it is a very good hotel, but they don't provide toothbrush,tooth-paste,comb, razor and even no slippers either. I think this is inconvenient for travlers

Place is fine, staff are competent and pleasant, and the service was satistfactory on all counts. The decor is a bit bland for my tasts and the location a bit out of the way, but not bad for Houston and its urban spral.

The hotel was perfect for the business traveler - not five-star, but very affordable, clean, and functional. The rooms are large with a living room area (with TV) and bedroom area (with a TV). “Pretty nice stay”

This is a newer Hilton Garden Inn, only been open for about 3 years, so everything is still nice and clean, not too much wear and tear on anything. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. As I said it's new so everthing is in good working order, no complains here.

The room was nicely appointed but a couple of issues interfered with relaxation: the bedding sounded great... sleep number style, but the material on the pillow top had a strong odor.
